    The AHA develops evidence-based guidelines and offers a variety of training programs tailored to different audiences, from the general public to healthcare professionals, with all courses leading to a 2-year certification card. The ARC offers a variety of courses for both the general public (lay rescuers) and healthcare professionals, including adult, child, and infant CPR, AED usage, and choking relief.
